Job Overview:


As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and ensuring a positive experience. You'll build and preserve relationships with our customers through professional and responsive service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information.

- Process customer orders, changes, and follow-ups.

- Handle customer complaints and concerns, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

- Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer issues effectively.

- Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.


Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Flexibility to adapt to changes and maintain productivity in a dynamic work environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with computers and CRM systems (prior experience with customer service software is a plus)

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.

- Full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay:

- $35.00 - $40.00 per hour.

- Expected hours: no less than 40 per week.
